I just got back from Costa Rica. I had every tooth crowned with zirconia crowns. They are the most beautiful set of teeth I have ever seen! I found the dentist to be very professional. His staff where very helpful and friendly. They arranged everything for me, picked me up from the airport and to and from where I was staying to the appointments. My dentist here in the Georgia said it was the best work he had ever seen and the teeth are the most realistic!! I would recommend Dr. Coto and his staff for any dental needs! One may feel certain apprehension when leaving our everyday comfort zone to make a trip to a foreign country and even more so when dental procedures are involved. This patient did.
But the trip turned all sunshine when I was courtesly welcomed at the San Jose international airport. Dr. Alberto Coto Calvo had made all the logistical arrangements, including providing transportation from the airport and throughout the week, also suggesting a comfortable hotel.
This nice gesture of welcome struck the right note for the rest of the week. The highest professional skills with lots of concern and empathy, combined with the latest innovations in dental technology, made the rather involved procedures appear simple and painless. What might have involved weeks in another country was efficiently reduced in Costa Rica to just one week.
The professional skills might best be documented by the fact that without any discomfort then and three weeks later, two root canals appear never to have been performed!
It takes artists to produce a winning smile. Doctor and crown technician spent quite some time to discuss the right tint of the new crowns to blend in with the existing ones. One crown on an existing implant, stray in color, even had to be replaced. An old filling in a front tooth was replaced in the right and matching color free of charge. The over-all result is reassuring and awesome.
Those contemplating such a trip to Costa Rica and Dr. Coto will -- like this patient -- experience and enjoy the dawn of a new region in efficient dentistry. - A new era is rapidly emerging, available to all of us.

Excellent, fast dental work at a reasonable prize. The dental lab is next door, so if adjustments to the dental work have to be made, no time is wasted. You can even stay with a very nice Costa Rican Family during your stay and save money. A driver will pick yiu up at the airport and bring you back. The driver will also will bring you back and forth to all your dental appointments. Dr. Alberto Coto and Francisco, the lab technician are friendly and efficient. Even with the trip to Costa Rica from Miami, and the cost for room and board at the Costa Rican boarding home the whole trip cost me a fraction of the prize that my dentist was quoting me in Miami, even with dental insurance. Thank you Alberto, Francisco, Jeanine (the lady in charge of the boarding home and Olger (the driver).

I am thrilled with the work that was done at the HiTech Dental Clinic. In three days time I had a dental implant and totally new, beautiful, great quality partial done! The price was phenomenal, the quality of work great and the doctor and staff very competent and cordial. I recommend this team of professionals to anyone who needs dental work done. Qualche mese fa io e mia moglie siamo andati dal studio dentistico del Dt. Alberto e Francisco
Per vari interventi nei nostri denti ci siamo trovati molto bene ,gentilissimi,molta attenzione e quasi niente dolore ,afinale un perfetto intervento con inpianto dentale adesso si mangiamo benissimo (i prezzi paragonandoli con altri studi dentistici definitivamente molto competitivi e alta qualita.
Adesso non mi fa piu paura andare da un dentista per il trattamento fiducioso che abbiamo ricevuto.
Una delle tante cose che ci anno convinto e piaciuto e il fatto che nel loro studio dentistico ci sono il Dt. Alberto e il sr. Francisco artista della fabricazione dei denti quindi rapidezza ,alta precisione e sopratutto definizione ai minimi dettagli del lavoro finale .
Raccomando a qualsiasi persona che hanno bisogno di andaré da loro ne vale veramente la pena.
