Getting braces here is a procedure that we do not recommend. This should be done near your home because you will need to periodically control your treatment in order to obtain the desired results. The added cost of travel every month to Costa Rica for adjustments would offset any savings. Also keep in mind that US orthodontist do not want to follow up on another dentist's treatment.
